Wow! All I can say is Wow what a September this is turning out to be. This for me is the true definition of Icing on the Cake.

On Saturday morning at 11:19 my wife and I welcomed our first child in to the world. Gabriel Scott Valentine (first time to ever type his name) had ten fingers, ten toes, and more hair than his father... My life has truly just begun, AWESOME is all I can say.

This afternoon I called Pete(Ping), to let him know that I wouldn't be able to make it by his house this weekend to take pictures of his aquarium. "Congratulations" he said, and I was like OK...... A little suprised that he heard about the baby already. "Youv'e won tank of the month" he said. Who Hoo! Can this weekend get any better.

Thank you, to MAAST, and to ALL of its members. Aquariums to me are more than just "FISH TANKS". My aquarium is an extention of my personality, and I am sure that many of you feel the same way. MAAST has given us an organization where a reef geek like me can go discuss detritus, zooxanthellae, and the spectral analizes of 10k bulbs with out getting funny looks from the person I am talking to. ROCK ON MAAST!

congrats on both troy - just remember that the tank is just as soothing to little ones as it is to you after a long day ;) (has come in handy a few times with my two when they get a little cranky)

Thank you all for the kind words,

    Ace,

I bought 2 swings, one for our room, and the other is placed right infront of the aquarium.
Don't think he can see the fish yet, but he sure goes to sleep fast, must be the sound of the water gurgling through the filtration.

Glad to, you supply the drinks, and I'll be there. I must say know guarantee on the quality of the pics, especially after a few drinks. But I sure could use the practice, and I would love to see your set up.
