nothign beats a jeep? stock against stock i expect an H1 will spank it.

i have gone off roading w/ my ram 4x4, but i have lately more just enjoyed knowing the capablity was there than to go have fun w/ it.
"Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean ? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind." ~ Jack Handey

Jeep has some advantages over a H1. First of all obviously price as Alton stated. 2nd size- Jeep is and has been in almost every offroad competion, The H1 is just to big to fit on some of the trails that the smaller off roaders can do.

The first Jeep arrived in 1945 during the war and they knew what they were doing; they have hardly changed in 62 years.

All this is coming from a Jeep Wrangler Enthusiast though, lol

Ok to add to my little girlie thing. What I mean is that stock ones are kinda girlie. They look sweet when they are all fix up. If your going to get a 4x4. Get a older one. You will find out how much rocks and crap fly up from the road when your have over sized tires. LOL And plus, If you want to keep it pretty. You will hate mud. I had my truck for 3 years, and only took it mudding 2 or 3 times. Im not joking about this. It takes you over a month just to get all the mud off and tons of quarters. LOL You would think you have it. Then you would hit a bump and chunk of mud would go flying. LOL I better stop. Im starting to feel old. Telling yall about my younger days.. LOL

Well I have to put this dream on hold for at least 6 months or so. My wife and I were out car browsing last night and we came home with a new car for her that she had to have. A Saab, quick little car though TurboCharged and very nice. Im stuck with my S-10 for a little while longer. :( lol
