Default Bananas, not just for monkeys

Well I been reading over RC, about the bananas as a food item for fish, and the subject is a few pages long, with the usual pro and cons, so I said, lets give it a shot and see what my fish do.

For the ones that have seen my tanks, my fish are very well fed, fat little monkeys so I drop a 1" piece of banana in each tank, and HOLLY COW BATMAN, there was a feeding frenzy in the tank, every single fish took a bait of the piece, the coris wrasse took a large piece and swam for dear life because 2 fish were after him, the triggers love it and the tangs were as happy, needles to say ther was no more banana, 3 minutes after first introduced, so I think they like it

I dont plan to feed them a piece every day, but every now and then, sounds good to me

When I was in Jamaica, people would take pieces of bananas with them to the sea grass bed reefs. Lets just say, every Sargent MAjor in the world would show up.
