I am sorry Jason is going out of business. I will miss his warped sense of humor(it seemed to match mine).Good luck Jason.

Though not in retail or the customer service buisness, I feel your pain for "little darlings". Are there accident where the kid does something he shouldn't sure, But when a parent lets them do something wrong that's another thing. If you bring your 'little darlings' out to the store and they can't act right then it is the parents fault and they should disapline them. I remember when I was a kid there were certain stores I had to keep my hands in my pockets to ensure I wouldn't touch/break something.
Gueess I'm just a complainer but when I go to a store and there is a child misbehaving (ie banging on the glass on a fish store) I will say something; trying to be nice. If they continue to misbehave I will tell the parents. And if they are there watching the whole thing man will I give them an earfull.
But you started the retail buisness for a reason. Don't let a few bad apples spoil the buch.
    Rob--

Could not have said it better.
To be or not to be? That is the Question. Or is it, To reef or not to reef?

I have been to this store several times and bought more then salt. I will miss the salt prices. It was a nice little store and I am sorry to see it closed.

I have seen the posts in the past that were negative to the store and the owner, I am suprise that he continued to sponsor this board. I wish him well.

Reatil in San Antonio is extremly difficult for most LFS due do a culture of " CHEAP PRICES " are always valued over good service , quality healthy fish or corals . For that reason certain LFS with terrible service , parasite infested fish but are "CHEAP" will always be in bussines ! .
