    Default Making a tank Reef Ready

    What would be the best way to make a tank reef ready and also who or where would it be the cheapest to make it RR?

    would it be better to drills holes and put a overflow box or would it be better to do an external overflow?


    please let me know what everybody thinks. im lookin to upgrade my 112 to a 150 but its not RR.

    all help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

    If the tank is currently dry and you're planning a set up that includes a sump, I would strongly suggest you drill the tank rather than rely on hang-on overflow boxes.

    A good idea would be to check out Anthony Calfo's book that includes lots of great ideas about setting up overflows and plumbing loops.

    Talk to Louis (thats his Maast name too) at Aquatics Warehouse, or speak to Ross. IDK if Ross does the plastics work that you'll need, but I am sure Louis does it all.

    yeah try ross,he has great prices,for the overflow box u can try hobogato(ace) he has great prices aswell.and for bulk heads u can find those at aqua desings on 281 and brookhollow for like 20$,so maybe all togeather,like 100$
