lighting in my nano

Hey guys i have kind of a newbie question. I have a 29 gallon reef with 130 watt power compacts. 1 10,000k and 1 actinic. I wanted more light so i put to wall fixtures behind it with 26 watt 6700k daylight spiral compacts in it. All of my xenias and pipe corals opened up more and polyps and zoos look like ive never sen them look before. So heres my question. Will my tank get the right light if i runn all actinic in my power compact and just 52 watts of white in the ones on the back. Thanks Cody

Possibly, but the blue lights give off very little UV.

I heard that blue is a more penetrating color, and that you would get more PAR from it. Of course, I don't totally believe that, but the example I was give is this.... When you go down deeper in the water, what color does everything turn??? Blue.

Yea, my post is vague. It is early. Without going into a long diatribe on lighting, IMO 52w of white light may not be enough.
