I had 260w's of PC's on my 75 and I grew Xenia, GSP's, Mushrooms, Frogspawn, and a Deresa Clam. I used 2-65w Coral Life true actinic and 2-65w Current 10/67K lamps. One note though I replaced them at least every ten months. My Deresa doubled in size and I fragged my Frogspawn twice under PC's in this tank. I finally moved to MH's because of the color, but as far as growth the PC's weren't that bad.
