what's the best phosphate remover?

I got a phosban reactor fro xmas, what's the best media to use in it?

Ive only used phosban and have never been able to measure any p04.Ive also been reading alot about phosar so I got some.Ill start using it on my next water change.

Use a ferrous type and not an aluminum based type. It seems to work better , doesn't annoy softies and doesn't leech back into the water as easily.

Rowaphos is good but darn expensive.
