    Default WoW!!!

Ok I came home from my 2nd varsity football game yesterday to find that some how both my powerfilters went out! they do not want to come back on i've cleaned them and nothing. I have 3 mj1200 running to keep circulation and the skimmer, all my stuff is used to the peguin 350's moving alot of water, my tank is a 55g, ive read some where on the internet that you can lower the water level to about 40g and keep the mj's running with out a problem. I dont have the money to buy 2 new filters at the momment ( just got my self a new paintball gun ) so will every thing live? until i get enought to buy the filters

1 new thing I forgot to add, my Green button Zoos do not want to open up like they used too, they're not fat and wide open, the look thin and the head looks like its cupping upwards, and some shrooms dont look fully open they look tiny and shrunk.

    Louie,

I have a EMPEROR BIOWHEEL 400 that I am not using... do you want it?

The only problem is that I don't have the biowheels or the Filter Cartridges.

Thanks for the offer Alberto, sadly i live 4 hours away from SanAntonio, funny thing is i had to replace the bio-wheel on my 350 one time and orderd the wrong one so I had 2 spare Emp Bio wheels.

I was able to find 3 old tetra 15 filters so I have them hooked up at the moment.
And another sad thing/good thing, well I'll start with the good part my skimmer is taking out alot of nasty sludge..now with the bad it over flowed and a good 1/4 cup full went into the tank, nothing bad is going on I did a 10g water change just in case.

Well I threw my bacteria filled bio-wheels into the tank to keep them soaked and moving, was this a good idea or bad?
