Where the bioballs compartment is at...

Can I do this move in one shoot?

I just have 3 fish on my tank and LR. 100 gal, I already have a bakpak skimmer running and a separate refugium.

You should remove the ball's slowly over a few days or so as to not upset you parameters to much. take a few out at a time.

Yes, you want to do it slowly. Maybe a handful at a time so that the biological load from the bioballs can be trasfered to the bacteria on the LR and other parts of the tank.
