    these people claim they ship the next business day. i placed an order on thursday last week. they are closed thursday, friday,sunday, and do not ship on saturday. this leaves only three days a week they ship orders. mon,tues and wed. monday night at around 10pm i had not received confirmation of my shipment. this is five days after ordering it.. i had tried to call them several times and then read on their website that owner would be not get any messages until august. I sent an email stating very simply ship my order today or cancel it.. i needed this item and had no idea when it would ship. well, the order was shipped and this is the response i got. :blink First of all, Yes it did ship Mike. Second, we are not most internet companies nor are we a pet center. We are a wholesaler who deals with not dozens but hundreds of customers daily worldwide. We have a good record of shipping most items out by the next business day as yours was but I guess you didn’t bother taking the time to look at our hours of operation as we aren’t open when you ordered and the 15th was the very next business day my friend. I’d suggest the next time you have a problem, follow the instructions on our auto responder and call our customer support center before jumping to conclusions. I’m not sure what more you could ask for than next business day shipping but just so you are aware in the future if you shop from us again, we are not a pet center or online company but rather a world wide distributor who sells primarily to wholesalers and only selling periodically online as a promotion of our new products. Handling hundreds of customers a day with a record of 99% of most our customers being shipped by the next business day isn’t all that bad but just so you can take note, we ship in the order purchases are made. You went out the very next business day on this shipment but if in the future you want to deal with us again, you may just have to wait a few days. It’s a normal process my friend so I hope this is nothing more than just being overly excited about getting your product and hope you take note of our normal business hours which are different from retailers just so you don’t get excited again.

    Yes. And "Pam - Nonstick Spray" is labelled as a "nonfat" product. All it IS is fat. Fat and areosol. The world has lost its grip on common sense......

    That is a textbook case of how NOT to provide Customer Service.

    Takes a 'special' kind of jerk to write a response like that.:blink

    I'll have no trouble avoiding doing business with this company.
