    Default 122 - 88

Come on, where are all the MAASTard Spurs fans!

A horrible "playoff game", but I thoroughly enjoyed the first game of the series - I think the Spurs did exactly what was needed ... delivered a message to the leage in case anyone had forgotten who the "Champs" are!

And yet the media still gives the game (the Spurs) minimal mention :roll And most of the highlights just show Manu's delivery of a fat lip to Artest, while enjoyable, not the highlight of the game!!!

LeBron's playoff debut was a better headline, at least in the eyes of the sports talking heads on ESPN. Any chance that Walton can get to diss the Spurs just makes his day.

Its funny that the one thing the Spurs needed the most, REST, is what they are getting in the playoffs.

I love the Spurs, but not getting excited just yet. 122 to 88 is what a #1 team is supposed to do to a #8, especially when the #1 team is playing at their best. The trick is for the Spurs to play at their best throughout the playoffs, especially against the better teams coming up. Hopefully these guys have just been napping the past several regular season games and have all turned it up to their A game, because I'd love to see them win another championship banner!

Victory was sweet. It was also great to see the rest of the bench actually get some playoff time. I can say after watching that game, I'm an expert on Plantar Fasciitis now.

Go Lakers. LOL JK. Laker fan here but pulling for the Spurs as well. Manu is a great player, he could easily be the star of the team, well anyone of the starters could be. I think Manu is an underrated player. He penetrates the basket so well, he either makes it or dishes it out to someone who is open.

The Suns looked like they had Kobe's number last night.
