Yep. I have 2 175W SE MH and I still use 2 fluorescent actinics. I am going to add a 400W MH soon. Without the actinics, it still looks great. I like them alot.

Yes, I sell 400 watt SE and DE bulbs from many different manufacturers, including the ReefLux bulbs. However, this special is ONLY for the 250 watt SE ReefLux bulbs.
