    Default Gorilla Crab

Thought I had gotten rid of all of them a long time ago. Then one night I look in there and see this guy riding on the cucumber like he was a bull rider! Anyway it took a bit of rock removal, but he is no longer riding cucumbers.

I had one of those as well, didn't seem to be harming anything but got rid of him upon the suggestion of the Maastards. Wow I just realized I'm the only one on maast.

lol... hadn't thought about that dune worm riding stuff, but now that you mention it... I should have named him M'ua Dib! (however you spell that)

Sorry Chris, but he is not available. He is swimming with the fishes (or something to that effect). They don't do too much when they are small, but as they get bigger they do more and more damage to your corals. I actually saw one munching on some mushroom tissue once, but it was definitely a large one. This one was borderline too big, and would've just gotten bigger, so out of the tank he came!

I have a very big gorilla crab that is awesome. I have read that they are "bad" but I think mine is cool.

I have a "bad" crab in my system too and I just call him/her "sump buddy" and seems to be doing ok in isolation.
