    I like it, I like the way you prepared a diagram before you actually set it up. I dont forsee any problems with that setup.

    You should switch the baffle around (over, under, over) and I would suggest getting the skimmer out of the sump if you have the room. other that that it looks sweet

    Looks good Ray. Only a couple suggestions. I would also draw in some unions and ball vavles where you want them. It makes it easier when getting plumbing supplies and when putting it all together. I would put a ball valve and union near both the outputs of your closed loop and a union on each of the lines coming to/from your overflow. Also think about your aquascaping in the tank and where you want to put the input of your closed loop. This way it may be easier to hide behind some rockwork etc. (But you still want to have access to the intake so you can clean it periodically.)

    Small suggestion if you are making the closed loop like this why not throw a scwd on and get some motion going? :skeezy
