    Default refugium

I have a 55 gal tank that I am using for a refugium and I am redoing the lighting. Any suggestions on what I should use? Strip lights, VHO, compacts? I just want some sand, live rock, and some macro algae. Thanks in advance.

Macro is going to float on top pretty much so you could get away with PC or T5s. Shot I think with Macro alot of people just use regualar low end aquarium lights. Not sure cause I used T5s.

40w bulbs will grow it, but pc and t-5 grow it much better.

I am running 2 96 Watt PC's on my 55G Fuge. The Macro will fill it in a week & half or so. They run 24Hrs.
