Help with MH

I need help connecting and installing a Metal Halide set-up on a 75g tank. This is what I have:

400w advance ballast
Spider reflector
Single 400w SE (mogul) MH
400w 14k bulb
Electrical Cord
I am not sure if i need something else.

I am willing to pay for this to be done because I have no idea how to do this and If I did there is no way i could get the canopy off by myself.
I wanted to see if anyone from MAAST could help me instead of calling an electrician. Any help would be greatly appreciated just send me a PM. I live in SA off of Culebra & 1604.
