    Default Fragging Safety

When ever people are posting about fragging I see alot of people stressing to where gloves and not much about safety glasses. I was scraping some zoos off a rock Sunday night, when a piece of rock chipped off and hit the corner of my eye. I went to the sink and flushed my eye for about fifteen minutes. It felt better until shortly after lunch yesterday when it started hurting real bad, like someone put sand paper in it. Last night it got to where I couldnt take it so I went into the ER. Turns out I got a nice big scratch on my cornea. Now I get to put ointment in my eye and walk around with sunglasses on all day. 8) Goes to show you dont need to be using power tools to get hurt. Hope everyone starts using glasses now. I know I will be from now on.

    Mike,

You are lucky you didn't get some zoo juice in your eye as well. You could be temporarily blinded. Its a neurotoxin. They used to use zoos to tip poison arrows in the south pacific. Palyothoas are worse than zoos.

I am very lucky. That was the first thing that went through my mind. You should have seen me running to the sink. Ive never seen me move that fast. The zoos were actually growing over some old epoxy and I was trying to get the epoxy loose.
