I need help from any of you diy gurus. I need to know how you can increase the size of a hole in glass. All I need is 1/8" on the overall size. Can you use a dremel or emory cloth or what? Any help will be appreciated.

You can use a dremel if you go very slow and don't let it jump. Have a spray bottle with water in it, and constantly cool the glass and bit. I will take probably an hour to slowly enlarge the hole.

I had the same issue on my 240g. I drilled some 1.5in. holes and found out later I needed them to be 1.75in. I had a thread going on this. Most people said it can be done with a Dremel, but it will wear out the bits quickly. It also depends on the thickness of the glass as well. I went ahead and purchased a new diamond hole saw to do mine. I'd rather have the hole nice and smooth and perfectly round.

That is the best way. A special drill press is used at the glass shops that hold a certain pressure on the bit so as not to break the glass.
