    Hello 8) from AquaFX.net

I am "fishing" for suggestions on what type of items/discounts you would like to see us offer to your club.

    Again, thanks for having us!

Electronic and monitoring items. PH, Temp, Salinity, ORP, refractometers, and things of this nature.

What I would really like to be able to get is a bag of c-clips and tubing in different colors. I can only get clear but would like to get blue, back, red and yellow.

Also, filter media would be a nice item. Now that we have our R/O units up and running it won't be long before we are going to need replacement media.

What about pre-filters for our R/O units?

I secodn Polkster, around 30 of us in the club have Barracuda units, perhaps once or twice a year run a special similar to the barracuda purchase, designed around barracuda users. I am sure those of us in San Antonio running Aquifer water will need to change our filters more often than those in Austin running off Lake Travis water. (I think any how.)

I am still producing 0.01 TDS, so I think I am probably ok for now...

Aquafer water is actually pretty pure from what I understand. It gets filtered through all that limestone.

We go through lots of resin and filters because our water is so hard. Replacement cartridge specials would be awesome to see!

I, personally, do not have your unit yet, but I am thinking of upgrading to AquaFX very soon!

We appreciate your help and sponsorship!

our water is hard enough to break a tooth on. ( at least it seems that way to me.)

    copper .006 ppm
    magnesum 23 ppm
    Sodium 8 ppm
    Sulfate 19 ppm
Total Hardness *as calcium Carbonate 292 ppm as compared to Austin: 96 ppm
Total Alkalinity * as calcium carbonate 264 ppm as compared to Austin: 62 ppmL
Total Dissolved Solids 321 ppm as compared to Austin: 162 ppm

    Other figures:

    Nitrate 2.12 ppm
    Barium 0.0516 ppm
    Fluoride 1.1 ppm
    nitrite 0.01ppm
    Tetrachlorothylene 0.9 ppm

    interesting numbers

    Austins figures came from: http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/water/indexarchives6.htm
And were converted to PPM using : http://www.hagen.com/usa/aquatic/ghkhconvcalaction.cfm
