Thread: Any members of Spectrum Club?

Default Any members of Spectrum Club?

I was wondering if there is anyone here that is a member of the spectrum club at 1604 & Rogers Ranch?

I am looking for someone who I can maybe work out with at least once as week, up to maybe three times a week. Gotta be a big guy who can handle spotting some heavy poundage on the bench.

I made a promise to my wife I was going to get in shape this year, but so far I have been having a really hard time getting to the gym... I think I would do much better if I had to meet someone there...

    anyone interested?

Ram, my wife and I are members there. I usually go early in the morning @ 5:30 AM when you are getting off work. LOL. I can start going after work too. Did you already sign up? Did you list a reference? If not, tell them I sent you so I can get the $50 for the spa. I just love this one massage girl. I am spending more on her than my reef. LOL.

lol BA, there is no sneaking a 350 pound person around!

Steve, I have been a member for over a year, I stopped going when this horrible schedule entered my life...

If you would be interested in setting something up as far as working out goes, let me know. I don't get off till 8AM so mornings would be a problem, but I could meet you almost any afternoon.

Hmm... I have to be at work at 7 PM, so I can't do that... i expect your at work till 5, so probably not going to work out during the week, I am all up for saturdays though, I will be coming off 12 hours, go home, watch a little battle star galactica on the TIVO, and be ready to work out by 10, I can definately do that.

Sunday belongs to my wife, except for meeting days.

    definately...

can I ask to you subscribe to any methodologies? like the Body for life Program?

I did Body for Life the year I got married and dropped over 30 pounds, (which I quickly re-added eating at Disney World! I have since modified it, doing the gurilla cardio 3 days a week instead of the High Point method, and I try to do at least an hour of slo mo cardio at least twice a week, but on no set schedule.

would be cool if more people responded and we could get a large group working out.
