    Default You won't believe this

Sorry about this post it is very long.

Some people might not believe me, some might think that this is no big deal but all will probably want me to take some picks to prove it , so I will try my best these next few days.

Anyway...here it goes. As most of you know, I have a unique softie reef with aggresive fish. I have always said that my trigger and puffer are not typical...it might be that I got them while they were so young or I am just lucky. Even my snowflake moray is fairly timid. The one thing that reminded me of their true nature is when I put peppermint shrimp in with them, lets say this, it was quick and efficient. At least they were the ones from the Corpus trip. One of them still lives in my tank in the rockwork, but it only comes out at night.

Well last week I decided to add a cleaner shrimp because I have always wanted one. I bought one from AW, slow dripped him all night and added it to my display at 3:00 am when everyone was asleep except the puffer, he sleeps mosly during the day, although he never misses a meal. I woke up the next morning expecting to see no signs of the shrimp and the puffer even fatter then usual, but the shrimp was ALIVE!!! He made through the first night by hiding in the rocks. I thought that it was luck so I kept an eye on him and I kept everyone fed real good. Well it has been over a week now and not only is he alive but he has been seen cleaning the tank mates. He was caught cleaning the puffer, yeah that's right the puffer, in the middle of the night. It was like I caught them doing something wrong :skeezy: , because when I shined the flashlight they quickly swam away from each other. Now today my wife called me to say that the shrimp was out in the open cleaning the inside of the snowflake's mouth!!!! I wanted to leave work right then and not only watch but take pictures.

Like I said before this may not be surprising to some but I am thrilled!
