    MMM... dan, gotta wonder if the chimney survived? That is AWESOME! santa is STRONG.

    My final list reads:

    Hammerhead Algae Scraper
    Phosban Reactor w/ 150 grams (or is is kilograms? can't remember.) of media.
    Refractometer, even though I changed my request to the one you guys have, the parents had allready purchased the one with the light. I am happy.)
    Clownfishes and Sea Anemones by John Tullock
    Clownfishes by Joyce D. Wilkerson
    Ultimate Marine Aquariums by Michael S. Paletta (YAY!)
    And 200 in cash from the in-laws in an envelope marked "For Stephen's Tanks Only" (so my wife will keep her hands off!)

    250W MH pendant here...my xenia and zoos are already looking amazingly good after only a few hours under the new light. Santa rocks!

    what color temp did you put in it Chris?

    20K. I was hesitant to go with the 20 at first because it's so blue, but side-by-side with the 50/50 PCs on the other end of the tank, I much prefer the 20K. I'm hoping CoralVue is able to solve the problems with their DE 14K, as I think this temp would be ideal for my purposes, but for now the 20K is doing great things.

    20K are very pretty. They are great as long as you don't want any coral growth. The higher the K value, the lower the PAR value.
