    Default Tanks Gone

After having my setup going for about five years now (at this location) I disconnected the last of the pumps, drained and removed everything last night.

I couldn't believe how quiet the house was after I got finished and sit down, well other than the yapping of 3 1/2 week old puppies (who wants a puppy).

Well I will soon have the 180 in place and ready to go but not going to setup until we move. Maybe I'll put a large bucket of water in it and a few pumps just to ease my mind.

The move is actually not going to take place for at least another eight months. I just didn't want the hassle of setting up the 180 just to have to move it again that soon.

Maybe I'll start up a nice nano tank on the kitchen cabinet for the time being.

Possibly a small tank somewhere at least.
Ahh, I've got it. I'll put a small tank (29 gallon or so) inside the 180 and drain to a sump below and just not put my corner overflow boxes on until I move.

Found a good deal on the 180 that I wanted as my reef for the new home but didn't have room for both without paying rediculous monthly charge for more storage space. Was initially gong to set it up and transfer but just had a change of heart after thinking it over.
