In case its a bubble tip, give it lots of actinic at 420. This has the best chance of keeping any symbiotic zoozanthellae alive if it can survive the dye.
I hate to be a pessimist, but, enjoy it while you can. I doubt that a dyed anemone will live very long. Yellow, pink and blue are common dyes.
