    Default Lighting Combination

What is a good lighting combination for MH? I am looking to purchase 2 250W MH and want to know what is the best suppliment to go along with the MH. Would T5 lights be too much? Too little? The tank is a 120 gal (24" deep and the canopy is not completed so it can be as high as needed). Tank will hopefully be a mixed reef eventually.
Guess real question is 250W MH with T5 actinic -- good ? or bad  ?

Depends on what type of MH bulb you are going to go with. If you are going with the whiter bulb like a 10K then I'd supplement with VHO actinic over the T5 or PC, but that is just my opinion because I like the VHO actinic better.

    6 foot tank?

I would use two T5 actinic VHO or two 96 watt actinic PC and use 10000K MH bulbs. If you want more blue you might want to try XM 20000K MH bulbs with no supplement.

The tank is only 4 feet long. I am thinking about going with the 10k XM bulbs for the MH.
