    Default 215 is almost here!

I ordered a 215 RR tank and stand last month. The stand has arrived and been place in its spot in the livingroom. The tank was to be delivered last friday. Well it did come, the driver was trying to horse it off by himself and cracked the front glass. Even though the store had 4 guys ready to off load onto another truck to deliver it to my house. So my tank will be here this friday.

I'm looking for sugestions on pumps, closed loops, possible lighting, ect. I had planned to have Jim come by and give me a few "words of wisdom" but it looks like we all will be loosing his valuable insite and leadership.

I will keep every one up to date as things progress.

Think about a sequence pump or an ampmaster. You also might want to consider one of those ocean motion devices; they seem pretty cool.

I also setup a 215. The Oceansmotions is great for the closed loop. I have a thread on here somewhere with all the specs on my setup.

did you drill 4/8 holes for your Oceansmotions? I was thinking about a 4 way, but I don't want a bunch of pvc coming over the top. Can you post a picture of it the way you plumbed it?

    Thanks,

    Stephen

It is almost impossible to take pics of it as it is tightly placed under the tank. I do have some holes drilled in the bottom, but as four of the jets are on the top of the water, I just came over the back with those. I use the 8 way. I will see if I can get a good pic of it, but it will be difficult.
