Default filtration for a 65 breeder

I wanted to get your opinion. I want to set up a 65 gallon breeder reef tank and wanted to know which would be better for the $ a wet-dry underneath with a refugium or a hang on the back refugium?

How about just a sump with a refugium under the tank. And maybe a skimmer for a while till the refug gets going....cs
    50gal cube in the works.

2x250w Coralvue eballast and reeflux bulbs for sale.

Refugium, no wet dry, and just an empty sump for your heater, skimmer, or other equipment. (so pretty much like whitecap4u said.)
