Finally got MH
well, last night i finally got some lighting for my 29g tank. i got a used 175w 20k XM bulb, with a spider reflector and an electronic ballast. it just turned on for its cycle today, and i am loving it so far. i'll post some pics when i get a chance. also, if anyone has any frags they need to get rid of or want to sell :-D i would be very interested.

ya with that light your ready for some frags. just set up my tank 5 months ago so all my stuff is small.
350 gal. 7\'x36\'\'x25\'\'tall, , 3-400w.mh-10k, 2-6\' vho actinic, 175gal.sump, 6ft. 100gal zenia fuge,calcium reactor, kalk reactor and a carbon reactor. 7\' turbofloter 5000 skimmer.

well i want to start off with some easier to care for stuff. i really like zoo's and xenia, eventually i want to move to some sps, but right now i just wanna work on keeping things alive
when you get ready for some xenia frags let me know - I have some red sea pom pom that grows like weeds. ;)

awesome, do you have any pics of it? i will be out of town tomorrow and thursday, but this weekend i am definitely gonna be looking around for some livestock.
No pics right now - it looks exactly like the stuff Jim Norris posted in his www.maast.org post recently. Austin Aquariums has some of this same colony in their show tank...
