    Default silver pom pom

    has any one seen the silver pom pom at aquatic wharehouse? cool looking stuff. i bought one because i had neverseen one before. someone told me that there are also blue,yellow and green ones. has any one seen such a thing as these?
    350 gal. 7\'x36\'\'x25\'\'tall, , 3-400w.mh-10k, 2-6\' vho actinic, 175gal.sump, 6ft. 100gal zenia fuge,calcium reactor, kalk reactor and a carbon reactor. 7\' turbofloter 5000 skimmer.

    Dan,

    I think several of our members have them in their collections. I know I have seen it when visiting and I have had it in the past. Unfortunaely I lost mine during a move. Pom poms are generally not as hardy as Xenia elongata and slower growing, but are a really unique species and very cool. As I recall, Eric Borneman has some neat stuff about it in his book.

    looking for some blue xenia, that would be cool

    The silver that they had there was really cool looking. I've got to get rid of some of my other pom pom xenia first before I pick any others up though.
