fishandcritters.com has been disabled. Seems like last time someone posted that link it was off too. Guess you didn't order enough to keep that site alive Josh.

I shut it down. I didn't feel like shipping and decided to keep it just local, since everyone knows me around here they can just contact me directly.

I agree with Tim. Shipping is a royal PITA. It took me hours to get a shipment out. That was what kills me to the point where I cannot sell online. It is best to send the corals out by 5 PM or so. That mean for a shipment of 20 corals frags I spend 3-4 hours packing and get it to UPS. What I got from selling the frag hardly make the effort worthwhile. I guess if I ship 10 shipments per day, it would be much easier, and more efficient, but sending 2-3 shipments a week is just a killer especially if we have our day job. Keep this in mind when we orders live stock online guys and gals and have some compassion for the sellers.

Minh is so right about shipping being a pita. Last summer I was sending out 1-2 maybe 3 boxes a week of frags. Even if you're healthy it is hard. I have had 2 spinal fusions so it really messed my back up. Now all my frags will go through John at www.exoticreefs.us/ I also know John Moffett as when he was still in SA, he made a trip to Houston and came by and I got to meet him. Super nice guy and did he ever have some awesome acropora. I too can't wait for him to get up and running.

I have always had problems with Dr Mac's frags. He and I have spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what the problem was. We never could. If they didn't arrive bleached they did so quickly. Now with Bill of NorthStar Corals quitting due to the time he was not able to be spending with his family I so understand. He also had some awesome acropora. Bill says he is going to let his 450g go and keep a 125 or 120g coral tank for his enjoyment. I am sure he made some good money but how do you make up time spent with the kids when your bagging frags and having to take them to FedEx or UPS??
