They are very bright as I had been used to PC. I am pleased with them. If I run 10 hours a day, when would be the replacement interval?

Most MH bulbs will last more than a year. I believe the Venture bulbs claim an 8000 hour avg lifespan. Even if they will run that long, the color spectrum usually changes as they age. For this reason, many people change their bulbs every 12 - 18 months.
