Bad pistol shrimp?

I have a pistol shrimp in my tank, orange body, blue legs, no clue what kind it is. Any way I put a green mandarin in the tank and he has disapeared. I had a mandarin in with him before, for about a year but he died about six months ago and I decided to try another one. Guilty? or not.

It is hard to say if it killed the fish or just ate it after it died.
