    Default Help Configuring Tank

It's almost time to order my 375 Gallon aquarium but need help on the configuration. This tank will have (2) Corner overflows with a 1.5" drain in each overflow. Now for the returns is where I need a little help. It seems like all the nozzles and all the aquarium plumbing only comes at a max size of 3/4" therefore should I get (2) 3/4" returns on each overflow or should I just get a 1" return on each overflow and create my own nozzles out of PVC.

The return pump will be an AMPMASTER 3000 which has a return size of 1.5" This tank will NOT be a reef therefore It will only need about 10X it's volume in turnover.

    Thanks.

You can buy the plumbing accessories to split the return out: http://www.dolphinpumps.com/new_!!_amp_mater_3000_aqua_sea_pump.htm

The adult sells for about $1,000. But you can buy the smaller one for about $200 to $500.
