I got RR back in march when I moved here.
Price was 29.99 for first 3 months, extended to 6 months,
then when I called to cancel because DSL was cheaper, they
extended me to 12 months.

Sorry you had a bad experience with SBC DSL, I am sure every company out in the world experiences a customer that has a problem that could have been handled in a much appropriate manner . I am not saying that SBC DSL is the best it just the offer is there. Heck I use RR because I cant even get DSL in my area (and to think I would get it for a great discount... ohwell)
