My friend Jeff told me about this little device that will alert you when you have a leak or tank is about to overflow. I think we could all use one. :skeezy: lol here is the link Screamer Enter the word "screamer" in the search field.

I think these things have been out for a while but they can be useful i'm sure. ;)

I've been told that similar devices can be purchased at Home Depot and easily modified. Have meant to check up on these as I have flooded the store several times already.
