    Default Zack’s 29 Gallon Biocube

*this build should be wet around August 2018

I got a heck of a deal on this beautiful Biocube 29 gallon aquarium from Joe and I’d like to start this thread to document some research on my eventual return to the salty side.

    Tank: 29 Gallon Biocube
    Lighting: Maybe an AI Prime?
    Return pump: Possibly a sicce
    Skimmer:
    Flow: mp10 or gyre?

I’ll expand some thoughts into these as soon as I get some research done. Can anyone recommend a good skimmer to use with the Biocube? Ideally I’d like to keep the hood but that may also impact my choices for lighting.

This will be a very slow build as we won’t be able to setup the aquarium in our current apartment.

Here’s some pics of the aquarium, and the rock!

Haha for sure man. This is going to be a super boring build for almost a year but I’d like to take the time to research equipment and the like.

    Thanks!

It doesn't matter how boring it is, just start documenting the process for us!
