140g unusual tank SOLD

We will be going tankless for a little while (for the first time in over 10 years). Need to sell the 140g brick tank. We are going to post up the full system for $700. This includes:

140g brick tank (48" x 24" x 28"), bottom drilled with dual overflows
Strong stand that it sits on, was originally an in-wall
Stand shell / canopy custom-built to fit around and over it, sort of like an armoire, with removable doors
External closed loop pump Pan World
Mag 24 in-sump return pump
All plumbing, including the eductor flow accelerators for the closed loop and loc-line on the returns
Sump Oceanic Reef-Ready (~30g size)
Skimmer (Kent Marine Nautilus Turbo Eductor)
UV sterilizer, Coralife, think it is the 18w size
Small canister filter
Auto-top off w 15g water reservoir
Auto feeder
Brute trash can on wheels 44g
2 bags of Reef Crystals salt (makes 100g)
3 LED lights from Build-my-LED, bought exactly a year ago

(The LEDs are 2x 14k and 1x 20k in color. Because of the internal overflows, we put a 48" 14k light in front, the 36" 20k in the middle, and a 36" 14k in back. They have a dimmer switch on them.)

Forgot to mention, these are included if we sell it as a package:

The 3 small pumps for the ato/UV/small reactor.
Hammer Head glass cleaner.

We have posted this stuff in live stock thread, but will include with the complete tank if it sells quickly.

We have 2 (maybe 3) sea cucumbers, few snails & hermit crab, good sized devils hand coral, some sad fuzzy mushrooms- gorgonians - palys - leather and good amount of live rock and sand.

We also have a big stack of LR rubble that is all
full of sponge growth, has been in a cryptic fuge section of the sump.

None of the live rock or corals are in good shape (except the devils hand), corals were being eaten by some of the fish and live rock has some hair algae.

The plan is to include it with the tank, if it sells as a package and buyer wants it, but if not, looking to sell the remaining live stuff so we can tear down the tank.
