I couldn't get the video to work. But I have seen similar videos in the past. I have many mixed emotions about this. I am not sure what to believe now, since it seems everything is linked to anthropogenic global warming. Our government has invested BILLIONS and BILLIONS on climate change research. So there is massive amounts of money being funneled to support this research, and no one want to see there job go away. Which makes me question their motives a bit. According to Dr. Richard Linzen who is an MIT Professor Emeritus of Meteorology, there are over 600 factors which influence climate. All it takes is to manipulate a couple of these variables to create the desired outcome to support their hypothesis, and we know how much the media loves doom and gloom so it will get the desired response from their viewers, which will keep the money flowing in. With that said I do believe we all should be good stewards of this magnificent planet while we are here.
