NEW Member to MAAST. Unable to post except here on Question Forum

I'm new to MAAST not to the hobby. However, I've reached out to help, contact us and no one has gotten back to me. So I'm just wondering if maybe another member could be so kind to lend a helping hand.

Under permissions, I am not authorized to create a new thread anywhere except in this question/comment forum. I can only respond to other posts/threads. How do I fix or change that? Do I have to have a paid membership to create a thread? I'm just asking because I'm on other reef forums and have not ever run into this problem. So I'm not sure what to do.

Let me update your account. We have an auto feature to approve new
members and every once in a while it denies actual users. It helps
us manage fake accounts.

Can you please try to post in the general section? I'm showing you were approved Wednesday. The only forums you won't be able to post in are the admin forums and the for sale area.
