Yesterday my wife noticed our two clown fish fighting with each early in the morning. During the day they are always next to each other with the slightly bigger one occasionally bumping the smaller one but from what I am read it seems like its normal as the bigger one takes the dominant role. She caught some of it on the video below and neither was hurt. I just want to make sure I shouldn't be worried.

Hello Mark
This is normal bonding behavior in clownfish as you suspected. The larger one will get significantly larger than the male as she matures and the fighting will turn peaceful with the occasional skirmish as she keeps him in line. Not too different from human courtship. lol
