BOD member Dizzle resignation

Just to inform all of our members, Dizzle has asked to be removed from the Board of Directors as well as removed from MAAST. His request has been granted and he no longer has Charter Member privileges.

In a group text last week between all of the BOD including yourself Mike, where we were discussing who was bringing what to the meeting Dizzle stated that he thought he was going to be having an issue with a MAAST sponsor. He did not say what the nature of this issue was nor which sponsor it was with but he did ask that he be removed from the Board of Directors and that his profile be wiped from the forums as he did not want the issue to reflect the BOD nor the club. Later that evening he posted his resignation request in the Directors Discussion forum along with the same reason for his leaving. His request was granted.

I can see this. And I can guess which sponsor. However, he should have brought this up to the Board - it's what being on the Board is all about.

I agree Bill. We got no response when we asked what the problem was so our hands were pretty much tied.
