Nominations to fill 3 vacant Board of Directors positions

Due to the recent resignations of cowboy572, jrsatx20, and now BlueKoran91 from the Board of Directors there are three vacant positions within the Board. After a discussion among the Board of Directors we have decided to open up nominations to fill all three of these vacancies. These nominations will be open for a period of 2 weeks from now until midnight April 16th where we will then move to a voting poll in the charter membership section of the forum.

To be eligible for nomination the individual is required to be a Charter Member in good standing with MAAST.

Nominees, when accepting your nominations please be aware that all BOD's are required to attend our monthly meetings and will be subject to removal from the BOD if 3 subsequent meetings are missed. You would also be required to attend ALL quarterly BOD meetings (barring family emergencies of course) and any emergency Board meetings that may be called to order. The BODs has got a lot planned for the club this year and are extremely busy. We are in dire need of your help and will be thrilled to have you on board! :bighug:
