Well my huge sailfin got these weird marks on her belly and I eventually decided to try this out(in tank-insert scared face!) in case it was an internal parasite. I first did it last week for a 5 day treatment and everything did ok up until day 4. I have read that it is risky with wrasses and I did lose my lubbocks and yellow fin fairy that same day along with a clownfish. I am not sure if the clown died as a result of the medication but it definitely affects them as well as the wrasses. They appear to be out of it when the meds are in. None of the other fairy or other wrasses were affected. Tangs dont seem to mind it whatsoever. Also none of my corals had an adverse reaction to it. It also did not knock out the bristle worms. My second treatment was just for one day as I noticed my clowns acting weird again and I did not want to risk their health. The surviving wrasses didnt seem bothered again along with the other fish. All in all I could see people using this as a preventative but I don't think I would with wrasses or clowns in the tank. Just wanted to pass along my experience.
