I'm looking for a sponsor or a online vendor that quarantines fish. My wife won't let me set up another tank with the big one I have so I need someone else to do it for me since I'm already fairly well stocked. I used to have a guy that would but he moved to Florida and now is working with another fish store and no longer quarantining. I'm looking to get a few more wrasses, some angels(dwarf) and some other fairly common fish. Anyone know of anyone that does this? Or am I stuck with what I got now. lol. I'm not in a huge hurry but would like to send out some feelers.

Oh and please move if this isn't the right forum.

I don't know if there's any Stores that regularly do a full quarantine of all their fish, as some people say three weeks is fine some people say six week is fine, so it really depends on what your definition of a full quarentine is.. But I know when I visited Luis at elegant for the sit and talk, all the fish in his store have labels on them corresponding to the date the batch of fish was received so you know how long the fish is been there, and since all his Fish tanks run copper and are fed medicated food, you can kind a good ideq of how long they've been "quarantined".

CB Pets and Aquarium Sales and Service both QTed fish but as they both learned most do not want to pay the premium for that service. Maybe check with a couple of our vendors and ask the question if you buy all the fish up front and you take the risk would they keep them for four weeks?

I also checked a number of places for this a few weeks ago. All of my fish are quarantined, and really, I'm willing to pay someone to do that for me. The best I found is these people:

If someone locally want's to get in that line, let me know.

$55 plus $8. Up to $250, at which point it goes UP.

I was just looking into this a little further. Here's the link for the Live Aquaria's divers den quarantine procedures. Looks pretty good to me.

But you have to be fast to get good stuff off divers den. I'll have to check out that link bill. I'll also ask Louis to see what he can do as well.
