My sharks and eels outgrown the 300g and 240 in wall tank setup. Ive decided to do a pond and remove the old tanks. The only catch is I have 6ft opening for anything coming in the house. I can not remove any walls as they are load bearing. My original plan was a 8ft round poly tank but wont fit through the door.

Where can I get a prefab pond that is 500-1000g that will fit through a 6ft door? Prefer within texas.

Maybe check with Water Garden Gems on IH10 East? They may have something or some kind of DIY kit? I am sure people build indoor ponds of that size.

Just thought id chime in... I'd seen a guy growing monster cats in a above ground pool in a video on youtube. Ive seen the pools in all sizes all the way down to kiddy pools. Its the kind that have plastic tube/large pvc like frame and a free hanging lining that is the pool. I cant remember quite what I googled when I stumbled across it. Im sure youd be able to fit that into any doorway due to it being made of a interlocking plastic tubing.

Yes I was looking at those. Im still not 100% what I want to do. The 6ft stock tank is my best bet so far. The liner ones make me worry it could break after many years. My grandma uses rubbermaid stock ponds in her yard for koi... she had them for least 20 years with no problems outside.

Knock on wood... that much water on the floor would not be fun. Granted I would find out if the emergency floor drains work.

Tractor supply has stock tanks. Not sure if they have anything over 300g, but I thought they did.
