Can someone please help me? I got a few sponges last month and I don't think they are doing well. Any advice is appreciated!

I was told they are Non photo synthetic. Just need good flow

Sponges also need to be fed like non-photosynthetic coral in most tanks. Do you have any tissue recision yet? If you do, I would try to trim those pieces off underwater and begin spot feeding once or twice a day with a coral food like marine snow or phytoplankton/zooplankton.

There is some tissue lost on one of them. The others look fine. Just lost of color. Will reef roids or coral frenzy be good food for them?

Yes, reef roids or coral frenzy will work.

Also might be to much light. I thought they liked shaded areas

Low light, high flow and lots of feeding. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but they're extremely hard to keep from what I've read. Don't feel bad, I got one too in the past on a whim (always a bad thing). It slowly withered away despite feedings and flow. Best of luck though and let us know if you manage to turn things around. I'd love to figure out how to keep them long term.
