8 Bulb t5 combo

So I'm picking up a 48'' 8 bulb t5 combo, and I'm curious about a good combination. I'm pretty set on ATI bulbs but I'm wondering if there are any brands of bulbs that maintain decent color after a year of use? I would like to try to replace yearly, but I'm not against the idea of changing at 9 months.

I've seen a few combos I'll try out here:

Also, can a t5 fixture with ballasts that control 4 lights be ran with 2 bulbs or 3? I may want to try and retro fit some LED strips into the light to get a hybrid light.

C+
AB
C+
AB
B+
B+

For Lps and softies
U can More actinic or Fiji or purple to the combo instead of AB or C+
