Anybody have ai Sol parts black case, I accidentally dropped one and now only the blue light comes on, and I hear something lose inside...lmk

It happens. I fumbled a brand new reeflo in the parking lot of the store I just bought it in.

Take it apart, the ai only has so many parts.

+1, plus when you find out what broke, you can email AI and order a replacement part. It sounds like you probably cracked the mother board, or maybe even a connection for some of the channels. There really is on the mother board and the pucks inside, everything else is the fan and screws.

Yea, I plan on taking it apart hopefully tomorrow
