So I am converting my 72 gallon bowfront FOWLR into a reef tank and need to upgrade the lights. I'm pretty set on LED's and found some good deals on Amazon. I figured on the first two that I would need to buy 2 of them to cover the whole tank and they have really good reviews regarding coral growth.

One of my questions is if I go with the panels they have 2 options for the lights colors. Blue and white or the full spectrum with blue, white, red, yellow and green. Which is the better way to go? I'm planning on just hanging them from the ceiling, how high off the water would they need to be? Does anyone see some unforeseen problems? Thanks in advance everyone this will be my first reef tank so any feedback is appreciated!
